The Palms at Avoca is a subtropical paradise located only 5 minutes drive from Avoca Beach.

Our 4 star accommodation includes poolside cabanas and cedar villas. The Palms features 2 pools with toddler pool and heated spa, playground, games room and BBQs.

Directions: From Gosford, follow the Central Coast Highway to Avoca Drive. Then follow all the way through Green Point, Kincumber and on to Avoca Beach. Turn right into The Round Drive and follow along until you come to Carolina Park Road on the right. Our entrance is a short way up on the right hand side.
Our Opening Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. 9am to 12 noon Sunday

Cancellation of bookings outside 14 days prior to your arrival are refundable minus a $25 to $100 administration fee. Bookings within 14 days are refundable only when the Site or Cabin is re-booked for the same period minus a $25 to $100 administration fee. Refunds are processed within 14days back onto the same credit card that was used for the original booking. NSW Gymnastics Special Cancellation policy - any cancellation incurs $100 fee PER CABIN.
